Advantage Cleaning Services is a locally owned and operated business, operated by Mick DuRussel.

Mick started Advantage Cleaning Services in 1998 with the help of his wife, who was cleaning houses at the time. Through hard work and determination, Mick built up the business and it has been growing ever since.

Mick loves where he lives on Long Island and is very involved with the town and the local community. Since 2013, Mick has been on the Board of Directors for the Ronkonkoma Chamber of Commerce and has been enjoying every opportunity to help the town.

Mick has been running an ALS fund-raising musical festival every year since 2009. He has been determined to help find a cure, ever since his half-brother passed away from ALS many years ago. Mick has been donating all of the proceeds to the ALS Research Center at Columbia University in NYC. To date, he has raised over $40,000 to aid with the search for a cure.
